An Afternoon of Delicious Dishes (interactive culinary class)
Whether they were a beginner in the kitchen or a seasoned chef the class participants loved the five dishes that they created with Chef Doris Fin! These easy recipes can be made all year round and will tickle any palate and wow your guests over and over again! All five recipes were plant-based (and vegan) gluten-free and easy to make. The menu for the day included; Praline Hot Cocoa, Praline Fudge Brownies, Shockin' Moroccan Stew with Spiced Basmati Rice, "Tastes Like Salmon" (carrot based) pate and Rainbow Rice Wraps with Almond Sauce.
