How to prepare for your evening dinner with Chef Doris:
1. Share your vision, any allergies and food preferences with Chef Doris and decide on any of the following:
· 5 course sit down dinner
· Buffet style
· Half sit down, half social mingle approach
· Customize your menu to suit your occasion, special theme/holiday (Mothers Day Brunch, Birthday, Superbowl party, etc.)
2. Details of your evening are discussed
3. Deposit is received.
4. Chef Doris and her team arrive on date agreed upon and with all necessary ingredients and equipment in hand.
Chef Doris will demonstrate how she makes some of her delicious creations before you taste it and provide you with the recipes so you and your guests can make it at another time.
